From coaches to referees to audio/visual assistants to league directors, CUMC Upward Sports is staffed entirely by volunteers.  Something magical happens each year as 200 people, from adult to 7^th grade, from churches and schools across the region, come together to teach our kids about Christ, basketball and cheerleading.  Youth volunteers can earn FCPS-required community service hours and, for those who meet the hour requirements, Presidential Volunteer Service Awards. 

As we near the start of the 2012 season, we’re blessed to have a full slate of coaches.  However, we’re still recruiting referees, gameday workers, sound booth operators and members of the Uproar cast.  Click on the boxes below to learn more and sign up today!
